Your needs, your style, and your vision.

Lisa takes a highly collaborative approach to project design and construction. Early in the process she aims for conversations that get at the heart of your needs, your style and your vision for your home.
What feels unworkable in your current home environment? Focusing on certain spaces, what functions do they serve, daily and seasonally? Are those needs changing, now or in the future? What do you love about those spaces, and what do you wish for? Do you need areas for creative thinking? Flexible gathering spaces? You may have some solutions in mind, but through conversation and “what-if” thinking, new ideas and solutions can emerge. If you’re considering adding to your home, those early questions and discussions are just as important. Either way, Lisa makes clear communication with the client and all team members a top priority throughout the process.
Lisa earned her master’s degree in architecture from North Carolina State University in 1988 and has worked with various New Haven area architectural firms, including Roche Dinkeloo and Associates and Svigals + Partners. She is also an artist and has exhibited her sculpture and 2-D work at galleries in Connecticut and New York since 1995.
